Navigational links are provided as below:
Top Banner
The top banner provides links to the landing pages of each section on the site.
Search box
Enter a keyword or phrase in the search box to find a list of corresponding pages on the site.
Breadcrumbs
On the top left, "breadcrumbs" provide a trail for the user to follow as they navigate down into a section. Each level can be accessed by clicking on the breadcrumb link.
Information sections
Some sections in the website offer sequential information pages which can be accessed in order through clicking on the forward
and back 
arrows in the top right. Alternatively, click on the previous or next page titles, shown on the bottom of each page. To go directly to a page in a section, use the Table of Contents at the beginning of the section.
A list of the major topics are provided in the left-hand sidebar and can be collapsed or revealed by clicking the heading.
